We provide delivery services to all Melbourne suburbs. The delivery team, starting from our Northcote location, will transport your tree. The delivery cost increases the farther you are from Northcote.
When do you deliver the Christmas Tree?
We offer various delivery options. Standard delivery is available at any time of the day or night, so kindly place a bucket of water where you’d like the tree to be positioned for the driver to easily spot. If you reside in an area without access, you might need to consider an alternative delivery option.
Do I have to be home when the delivery team arrives?
Depending on your chosen delivery method, standard delivery involves a door drop-off. For this, please position a bucket of water where you want the Christmas Tree to be placed. There won’t be prior contact for the drop-off, as our drivers are continuously working to promptly deliver Christmas trees around the clock. In the case of an installation, we will provide you with a four-hour window at a suitable time of the day for the delivery.
Will you collect my tree after Christmas?
If you’ve arranged for your tree to be collected, ensure it’s placed on the nature strip and clearly visible by 5 pm on Wednesday, January 8th. Please allow a span of three days for the collection process to take place.
