Two easy ways to get your tree
Our season runs 20 November to 24 December. Trees from 21-24 December are subject to availability. Please call us on the day to check before ordering.
Northcote pickup
Order and pay online, then collect your tree from our Northcote lot, our only location this season. We'll have it netted, fresh trimmed and ready to load.

Standard delivery
Choose a Friday to Sunday delivery weekend rather than a specific day. Your tree can arrive at any time across that weekend.

You do not need to be home
Just leave a bucket filled with water in the shaded spot where you'd like your tree left. Our driver places the tree straight into the water, and the bucket tells them exactly where you want it. Drivers start from 9am Friday and some deliver overnight, so we can't say exactly when they'll arrive. They simply drop the tree off and won't knock on the door.
Scheduled delivery +$40
Need to know the day? Scheduled delivery lets you pick the exact date your tree arrives on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, and guarantees delivery on that day. No time slot to choose, just the date.

Delivery & collection fees
$30 for the first 6 km, then $3 for every additional kilometre. The same distance-based fee applies to tree collection and disposal after Christmas. Tree size surcharges are added on top:
- Smallish Trees (5ft, 6ft & 7ft)No surcharge
- Biggish Trees (8ft, 9ft & 10ft)+$40

Tree collection & disposal
Finished with your tree? We'll collect it and dispose of it responsibly. Choose one of three collection windows, with no need to pick a specific day or time. Want us to take the tree down for you too? Add tree uninstallation for $40.

We email you full Christmas tree care instructions as soon as you order, and again in a reminder on the Thursday before your delivery weekend. You do not need to be home for standard delivery. Just leave a bucket filled with water in the shaded spot where you'd like your tree left. Our driver will place the tree straight into it.
