Two easy ways to get your tree
Our season runs 20 November to 24 December. Trees from 21-24 December are subject to availability. Please call us on the day to check before ordering.
Northcote pickup
No need to place an order if you are wanting to pick up a tree. Simply come in during our opening hours to choose and pick up your tree. Feel free to contact Mina for available sizes and upcoming harvesting times.

Standard delivery
Choose a Friday to Sunday delivery weekend rather than a specific day. Your tree can arrive at any time across that weekend.

- 11-13 December
- 18-20 December
This weekend is available for customers who have a function or require their Christmas tree earlier. However, if you would like your tree to last through until Christmas, we recommend booking a later delivery weekend.
You do not need to be home
Our drivers start deliveries from 9:00 am Friday, and some deliveries may occur overnight. They will simply drop your tree off and won't knock on the door, so please be aware that your tree may arrive overnight. If you require your tree on a guaranteed day, select Scheduled Delivery.
Scheduled delivery +$40
Scheduled Delivery lets you choose Friday, Saturday or Sunday and guarantees delivery on that day. There is no time slot to choose. A Thursday reminder is planned but is not currently active.

Delivery & collection fees
$30 for the first 6 km, then $3 for every additional kilometre. The same distance-based fee applies to tree collection and disposal after Christmas. Tree size surcharges are added on top:
- Smallish Trees (5ft, 6ft & 7ft)No surcharge
- Biggish Trees (8ft, 9ft & 10ft)+$40

Kerbside Tree Collection
Your tree will be collected from the kerbside. This service does not include removing or uninstalling the tree from inside your home. Choose one of three collection windows, or add tree uninstallation for$40.
