What we collect
When you place an order, fill in a form or claim a discount code, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, mobile number, delivery address, delivery preferences and any access notes you provide.
How we use it
We use your details to fulfil your order, deliver your tree, send you order confirmations and delivery reminders (by email and text message), and email you the discount code you asked for. We keep order records so we can prepare deliveries and plan driver routes.
Who we share it with
- Our online store and checkout provider (Shopify) processes your order and payment details.
- Our email and text message providers send your confirmations, discount codes and delivery reminders.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) receives advertising measurement information, described below.
We do not sell your personal information.
Advertising measurement
When you visit this site through our Facebook or Instagram advertising, the site uses Meta's pixel to measure which ads lead to visits and discount code claims, and to help show our ads to people likely to be interested. The information shared with Meta for this includes pages you view and when you claim a code, along with standard technical details such as your browser and IP address. Meta handles this under its own terms.
Visitors from countries where advertising cookies require consent before use (the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland) are not tracked this way: the measurement tools are switched off there.
Your choices
You can stop our marketing messages at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or replying STOP to a text message. You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing contact@livechristmastree.com.au or calling 0431 078 173. If you would prefer not to have your visits measured for advertising, you can use your browser's tracking protection settings, or tell us and we will note your request.
